Desktop Support -
Support and service for Windows 9X, 2000 Pro, DOS and XP PCs. Troubleshooting for PC hardware and repairs. Working with ATX, AT, NLX, SBC, Industrial and Multiprocessor Machines. On-Site services for most machines. Repairs due to Virus and/or Adaware infestations.
Server Support and Administration -
Support and administer Windows NT, 2000, 2003, Small Business Server 2000 and Small Business Server 2003(Std. &Prem) servers. Administer and implement network services such as IIS, Exchange, MS SQL, AntiVirus, ISA, SharePoint, and many others.
Network Engineering -
Design Network infrastructure(s) and Architect network services, using Windows Server Platform. Design and implement WIFI (802.11b, a, g) systems and Wireless Bridge systems, using 802.11x, WEP, MAC Filter, WDS or RADUIS systems. Design and implement VPN and RAS systems.
Security –
Administer and implement computer and network security systems. Setup and manage firewalls, ISA, Intrusion Detection and Windows Active Directory System. Implement SPAM filter(s), WEB filter(s) and Anti-Virus solutions.
Data Recovery –
Recover deleted files on NON-RAID hard disk (or Drives) (SCSI, IDE, SATA) and digital media (MMC, Smart Media, Compact Flash type I and II).
